TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General
By placing an order through studiosoliven.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Studio Soliven reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in the applicable local currency and include VAT where required. Prices may vary by size and configuration. Studio Soliven reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
3. Made-to-Order Items
The majority of our products are made to order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Production time is approximately 60 days from the date of order confirmation.
- Made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order has been placed.
- Changes to your order (size, colour, or design) may only be requested before checkout is completed.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase. No deposits or instalment plans are available.
4. In-Stock Items
Select items may be available for immediate dispatch. In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days and are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
5. Payment
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, GCash, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely. Payment must be made in full at checkout.
6. Bespoke Service
Our bespoke rugs are priced per square metre and discussed during consultation. Bespoke orders are subject to a separate agreement and timeline, which will be confirmed in writing before production begins.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Studio Soliven and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Studio Soliven is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, shipping disruptions, or supply chain issues. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. For customers in Spain, applicable local consumer protection laws shall apply.
