SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery

• Free delivery is included in the price of all products.
• In-stock items ship within 7–10 business days depending on location.
• Made-to-order items have a production time of approximately 60 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
• Manila deliveries are handled by our in-house logistics team.
• Spain deliveries are handled by a third-party courier.
• International shipping is available. Additional fees may apply for certain regions and will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Returns — In-Stock Items

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, contact us at hello@studiosoliven.com with your order number.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Returns — Made-to-Order Items

• Made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
• Changes to your order may only be made before checkout is completed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@studiosoliven.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
