In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. For made-to-order and bespoke commissions, production typically ranges from 60 to 240 days, depending on scale, technique, and design complexity. A detailed schedule is confirmed once specifications are finalized.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We coordinate worldwide delivery for all orders. Shipping is complimentary within the Philippines and Spain; for all other regions, logistics are arranged according to the destination and outlined within your quotation or at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What materials are your rugs made from?
We work with a curated selection of premium natural fibers, including wool, silk, cotton, and refined blends. Material selection is guided by the desired texture, durability, and aesthetic of your project.
How do I care for my rug?
We recommend regular vacuuming and immediate spot-cleaning. For deep maintenance, professional cleaning is advised. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight. Detailed care instructions are included with every rug.
Are the colours accurate to the photos?
While we strive for accuracy, screen settings vary. Physical samples can be reviewed during a consultation to ensure absolute clarity in tone, finish, and performance.
Bespoke Service
What are the size limitations for bespoke rugs?
There is no fixed minimum or maximum size. Each piece is developed according to the specific scale and proportions of your space.
Can I provide my own design or artwork?
Yes. Clients may provide original artwork or reference materials. Our studio collaborates closely with you to translate your concept into a rug-ready composition, advising on scale and texture to ensure the design performs beautifully in handcrafted form.
How is bespoke pricing determined?
Bespoke pieces are priced per square meter based on materials, design complexity, and size. Pricing is discussed during your consultation with no obligation to proceed.
Returns & Cancellations
What is your return policy?
In-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if in original condition. As each bespoke or made-to-order piece is crafted to specification, these items are non-returnable.
Can I cancel my order?
Modifications or cancellations are not possible once production has commenced. All design details, materials, and dimensions are formally approved prior to production to ensure complete clarity.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, GCash, and direct bank transfers.
Do you require a deposit for bespoke orders?
Full payment is required at the time of purchase for both catalogue and bespoke orders to initiate the production and design development phase.
